- Where is your location ?
- My Company is in Shenzhen city,Guangzhou Province. My Factory is in Foshan City, Guangzhou Province.
- What is your MOQ requirments
- No MOQ required.
- If we have a customized drawings design. Can you do it for us ?
- Sure. My company have design teams can do the drawing design service for you.
- What is your trade terms service ?
- We can offer EXW, FAS, FCA,FOB, CFR,CIFand DDP. Please check my page( Incoterms ).
- Can you provide samples ?
- Yes, I can. Please let me know your order quantity and the courier cost will be paid by you.
- Can I place the sample order?
- Sure, sample order is available. But the charge of delivery fee need to be pay by client.
- How can I get a quotation?
- Please kindly send us jobsite size or house plan, quantity you need and style you want. I will send a solution with price for your reference.
- What is your company payment terms.
- Usually my company accept T/T, Western Union, and Cash. 50% T/T of deposit, and balance should be paid before loading. See details page ( payment )
- What kinds of packing do you have?
- Usually, we use bubble bag + wooden frame to packing . Also can changed into wooden / plywood case + bubble bag according to your requirements
- What if the product already damaged when I received it?
- If the items were damaged when you received, please kindly send us the photo. We will claim for compensation or resent you the new one immediately
- What is your delivery time ?
- It depents on the order quantity. Normally two months after payment.
- Do you have any installation guide/drawing for us?
- I will send you detail installation manual and drawing,also my company have installation video.
- What is your warranty?
- 10 years quality warranty and 24 hours after-sale service are provided
