Job Title: Sales Manager (Building Materials)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for forming a sales team, training sales staff, managing team performance, decomposing and completing sales goals;
2. Contract signing, execution, acceptance and payment collection of the sales team;

3. Assist the general manager, formulate sales goals, implement sales strategies, implement sales policies, and complete sales tasks;

Job requirements:
1. Familiar with office software, Excel, Word, use PPT work report;
2. Under 30 years old, college degree or above, 2-3 years of driving experience is preferred; (excellent candidates can be relaxed to high school)
3. With more than 3-4 years of sales experience, sales experience in the building materials industry is preferred;

4. Complete other matters arranged by the general manager.
